SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you are a retailer, Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. If you are a wholesaler, please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed. Processing time might be slightly longer during busy periods(sales) and holidays.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. We aren't perfect.
Arrival of your item(s) after processing is dependent on location & is specified at checkout.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our goal so we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate eligible* returns/exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. We will only accept returns if the wrong item is mistakenly sent to you.
In the event that the wrong item (as admitted by us) is sent to you, you have to make a complaint within 2 days of receiving your package. We will then initiate our exchange protocol. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the same packaging as received. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of exchange after inspection is done. After Inspection is done, we will contact you within 2-3 business days. If your exchange is approved, we will send out the correct product back to you.
If you will not like to exchange your product, you will be issued store credit to repurchase another item.
No refunds will be made.
